Dale is an entrepreneur, author, philanthropist and 35-year veteran of entertainment both in front of and behind the camera. He is an advocate for mentoring and youth arts education, and passionate about the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals for a better world by 2030. Dale grew up a member of Jack and Jill of America and has been honored by the Urban League Young Professionals for his service to community.

Dale played Dream Team attorney Carl E. Douglas on Ryan Murphy’s FX series The People V. OJ Simpson: American Crime Story, which won the Emmy, Golden Globe, NAACP Image, Critics Choice and BAFTA awards for Best Limited Series.
He has appeared in over 130 episodes of television and a dozen films, including 911, NCIS, HBO’s Perry Mason, Netflix’s Unbelievable, Marvel/FOX’s The Gifted, Colony, Bones, The ‘All New’ Mickey Mouse Club, The Sum of All Fears, the Brad Pitt produced Year of the Dog, Lakeview Terrace, Fame and Marvel’s Thor.

Dale has structured the distribution and financing for numerous entertainment related projects with both major studios and independent production companies.
He recently executive produced The Final Wish, from the creator of Final Destination.


Impact
Social impact and nonprofit work
In 2011, Dale launched a grass roots movement by socially conscious entrepreneurs, artists and academics committed to building the best possible future for our children and future generations.
His work amplifies causes: bridging ideas, organizations and influential individuals through campaigns and world-class events that leverage the power of community activism, the arts, media and NGOs to inspire, educate and move society in taking immediate action to end poverty, inequality and climate change.
Dale’s early work included helping launch the Unite4:Humanity Awards, which contributed millions of dollars to outstanding non-profits around the world. The inaugural event was sponsored by Gillette and Variety Magazine, and featured Martin Scorsese, Alicia Keys, Robert DeNiro, Eva Longoria, Forest Whitaker, President Bill Clinton and Selena Gomez, among others.
